MassMutual's members are reminded that the Company's 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at its home office, 1295 State Street, Springfield, Massachusetts, on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Membership in the Company is defined by Massachusetts law and, in general, is limited to persons who are insured under policies of life or accident and health insurance (including disability income protection insurance) or who are holders of annuity contracts. Please see your policy for a description of your voting rights.
If you are a member and wish to receive a proxy for the Annual Meeting, please write to the Office of the Corporate Secretary at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, 1295 State Street, B410, Springfield, Massachusetts 01111. Proxies must be returned to MassMutual no later than April 2, 2008, in order to be counted at the meeting.
